Our global plans:
The first year: 2004 - 2005 'Se@eing each other'
'Se@eing each other' means getting to know the other partner countries and their
traditions. This will be done by means of a calendar.
In the calendar we mean to include: art pictures made by pupils and special days.
In the second part of the year we start with our Se@EU internet-environment,
where pupils can make their own websites and inform each other about all things
they connected with learning about the countries and their traditions.
Project meetings will be held twice every year; the first meeting in
September and the second meeting in January. The first meeting will involve the
teachers of the participating countries. In this meeting the more detailed
planning of the project year takes place. In the second meeting the new
application for the funding of the next project year will be made. The idea is
to take some pupils to some of the project meetings, in order to enhance the
mobility of the pupils and to get them better acquainted with the different
school systems of the participating countries.

The second year: 2005 - 2006 ' Se@s'
The theme for the second project year is the 'Se@s'., because they are a
combining factor between the partner countries. Each country has a connection to
a sea and the seas also connect the countries to each other. During this year we
intend to study the conneting seas, water and things connected to water.
The third year: 2006 -2007 'Se@eing EU'
In the third year we will deepen the knowledge of the partner countries as
independent countries and as members of the European Union. What is their role
in EU? Does the role of one partner in EU differ from the role of another
partner and if it does, why? We can also discuss energy and environmental issues
in the different partner countries.
A preliminary schedule of the project meetings: September 2004: Italy,
January 2005: Belgium, September 2005: Poland, January 2006: the Netherlands,
September 2006: Spain, January 2007: Finland.
The dates as well as the host countries may change during the project.
